Mark Sones is an Independent Security Consultant with 30 years of experience in Cyber Security, Software Development and Infrastructure. Having held responsibility as CIO/CISO for large business units, Mark understands the security space from multiple angles. He works with Burning Tree on a few fronts, including building business opportunities in new growth areas.
A hands-on ‘techie’ and senior leader, Mark’s know-how has been accumulated by delivering security propositions, Critical National Infrastructure and go-to-market products for the UK’s largest Telco. He is skilled in Software Engineering and Delivery, Cyber Defence Solutions, IT Service Management, IT Strategy and Governance, Business Transformation, Programme Delivery, Agile and Outsourcing.
Nigel Edwards
Nigel Edwards is a Security Consultant with over 30 years of experience in the fields of IT and Communications — both in the UK and overseas.
Half of his career has been spent working on Systems, Networks and Product Development across Critical National Infrastructure and Defence projects. More recently, he has focused on Cyber Security and Communications Security.
